Read the CYDY 8K filings -- Paulson is selling unregistered shares to private investors is drips and drabs. Can't get many to bite on CYDY shares.
NP tried to peddle $53 million in December and Paulson was only able to sell $11.3 mil. CYDY is still trying to peddle as much as Paulson can sell, but is only getting $3-5 million a month which is not covering the operating costs. CYDY lost $140 million in 2021 which is over $10 mil a month. Now lower trial costs but much bigger legal costs.
