Hear Assist was BROKE and IN MASSIVE DEBT when Matty boy aka THE PUNK "acquired" the POS "company" - and now INNER-CON owes the $7 MILLION plus in junk debt baggage of Hear Assist !!

3) Thus, to EVEN TRY AND FILL THE BULLSHIT "PO" Matty is pumping in SCAM "PR" TODAY - he has to DILUTE MASSIVELY while at the same time LOADING UP A SHIT TON OF GUTTER NOTES and then DILUTE THE SHIT OUT OF THE STOCK - he has NO as in NO, NONE, ZERO "other" way to fill the bullshit Walmart "PO ORDER" - PERIOD !!
