You can only have accumulated deficit when you have losses. How can a corporation that pays more in income taxes than Berkshire Hathaway and most of the Dow Jones 30 have accumulated deficit? It's there just to prop up the equally bogus SPS. When the SPS is written down, they'll have retained earnings.

why does anyone keep bringing up liquidation, does not anyone understand its just a bogus term used by preferreds to act smart, because they dreamed of BK and screwing commons as they got rich because they were in line. they are the most profitable companies in the world at times, why why why would they need anything other than Treasury and FHFA to take their filthy hands off
