"Safe harbor"...is about as good as the "good housekeeping seal" ..or the "JD Power Award". It's meaningless.

The SEC still thinks stocks below $5 are penny stocks. Yep...nothing has changed since 1934...not even inflation..as in...all current prices of goods and services are still the same as they were in 1934. Nothing has changed...wow! That's awesome!!!
