Complete misinterpretation of my post. I am saying, as I have all along, that shorts don't exist. The billions of naked erhe short shares is total bullshit. No one has ever produced any proof to the contrary.
I am also saying that erhc management hasn't purchased shares since being wiped out by the reverse split years ago and Offor owns less than 5%, probably much less. They will not share any future success with current shareholders because they own few shares and have nothing to gain if the share price goes up (hence the 5 years of silence, delinquent SEC reporting, caveat list, basically already operating like a private company). Also why there won't be any dividends and there won't be any dollars/share buyout. Just a small circle of stuck longs with billions of worthless shares and no way out.
What happens after Shell releases block 6 drilling results will be further proof that the rumors of a "done deal" buyout by Total are simply more bullshit. Facts matter, all the made up bullish nonsense does not and the erhe share price near zero continues to prove it.
