Yes it does say 2.5 bil.@.0020 The assumption is PR's will be put out soon to push this towards .02 then the sale of only 250 mil.shares for $5 mil. Will that happen, only time will tell. Someone correct me if this "take" on the situation is wrong ?

The key word is up to 2,5b

So I see it more likely 250 million at 2 cent
For the 5 million
Also back on 11 million plus being sold for 497,000 that was at was over 4 cent

So no way would will we see2.5 b going for .002 imo

It is going to be .02 cent maybe even 4 cent for the 5 million cash
