"Fannie and Freddie in the takings claim,..we're not going to speculate on the takings claim..in my view, what happened at FnF if that's not a takings, then every business in America should be afraid. What happened here was the gov't after the fact outside the original contract stepped in and changed the terms of the preferred stock which expropriated 100% of the profits business going forward. That to me is a regulatory taking..if the govt gets off on a technicality , it's unfortunate.. we think the path will yield the ultimate outcome... The supreme court said- "why is this not a takings claim, I agree."

I think he called them a lottery ticket in the drawer lol… nothing of note in past few months in terms of them being set free ( paraphrasing) you should include all it gives context and perspective
