SIRC has been having trouble getting to the OTCQB for a long time. They like to say it's next week all the time.
I wouldn't even think of NASDAQ at this point.
The OTCQB is attached to the Arbiter Loan.
Instead of a 4% loan it is a 4% chance.
I think most people know this.

High revenue
Profitable with a 20% net margin

You can’t beat that anywhere on the pink sheet exchange.
