Well I didn’t hear the gum on shoe story lol, but when I thought about it as you told it it brought back the memory of the letter Kim had to send out……forgot all about that.

bottom line is that an investor became close to management...it was later decided he was untrustworthy...and instead of simply curtailing their contact with him, they elected to have him sign an NDA??...
smh....theres more to this story than is being told...as ive found to be the case over the years, there is generally some truth to each side of a story...
there was a relationship that ended badly...oh well...shit happens...
lets not use this nonsense as reasons or excuses to cover for the ceo's bad decisions or incompetence...
