She is not taking on anything, Caren is just a custodian, once ownership transfers she has no control over anything and no, not all of the shells she has dealt with are clean with the subsequent companies being sketchy.

All she is at this point is a consultant, she has zero to do with the company otherwise, that is all on Sergio.

Why people are not questioning of a guy who has a spotty track record on the OTC, who is diluting the company while pushing out news and then using so of those funds to provide financing to the company while trying to hide it is typical OTC scum behavior.

Also, why did he hide the info from the analysis? Why block out what the results were? Would he block them out if they were good?

Agreed. I want the manipulators to show one instance where CC was involved with a scammer. If anyone can sniff one out, it is her. I wont hold my breath though, these challenges always end up with crickets instead of proofs.

Is it odd that the company that Sergio bought the land from is the same company that was involved in ADHC scam? They were given shares and the owner of Frymoo
