I love how the right wingnuts republikklans are bragging that the ruble is doing so well yet don't explain that pooty has given his currency false rate values illegally. But as I said before, speculators don't care if rates are legal or illegal, they only care about the spread. The inflated ruble will turn upside down very soon.
