Didn't know that. Kinda hypocritical. Must be cheaper or something.
Currently, more than half the oil used in Quebec and Atlantic Canada is imported from foreign sources including the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, Nigeria and Ivory Coast.

So to recap. A foreign corporation wants to take Americans' land through eminent domain, spilling untold quantities of poisonous gunk into one of the largest fresh water aquifers on earth, so that they can ship oil through our country to markets overseas.
