Maybe they will have to re-apply because of being de-listed. If they wre working on bringing everything current it may just be a short time before they get it all done to be compliant. Maybe they felt there was to much to do in a short period of time and felt this was the best thing for the company and the shareholders. If in fact that is the case we should expect to open stronger. But that is just one persons opinion, mine...Sue
