That is nature of OTC, it is done on the big boards too, most of the time you see OS increases for share selling to enrich the insiders, but then again you see revenue generating companies raise the OS for more acquisitions, especially if there are margins are so small. I strongly believe this one is the latter (acquisition or acquisitions). Based on the last three days trading pattern, this stock has been notorious for morning dip and rip. In my personal opinion, they need between 10-20 million dollars for an acquisition that generates 40-50 and possibly even North of 50 million dollars, based on the purchase price and maybe more than just one acquisition and based on how the deal is structured for the preferred shares, I think there is a threshold where they need to get the stock up to certain threshold, is there a magical number? Just to be clear, I sold the 50,000 shares, just for try out, we had post late in the day yesterday after it closed, we had a strong close, late day traders pushed it up and in the hopes that we will get nice bump today and after they discovered that the OS will be raised significantly they sold with a loss, that is the obvious action here.
