Fair enough. But he said it's either that OR "...assign designation" to them. Certainly that shouldn't be too difficult to acquire. (And couldn't he ask the court, AFTER PINK CURRENT, to possibly cancel the shares such as what GOFF did to some shares?)
But, then again, maybe it's done already and he's working on catching up with the financials now?
