I challenged her to post a single SEC attorney that has never been involved with any OTC PubCo that failed...because with the 90% OTC PubCo failure rate there isn't a single SEC Attorney in the OTC that hasn't been the legal firm that processes paperwork on multiple OTC PubCo's that make up the 90% failure rate!
