There are no Class F preferred outstanding currently as of 5-10-22. Below is from the preferred G reg uploaded on 5-10-22 on Wyoming SOS. Shows no outstanding Preferred F.
So no reason to discuss F preferred anymore since they already turned them back in IMO.
Yes they would need reserved AS for the preferred. Reason why I said AS increase would be most likely at first and RS further down the road in strength.
