From what it seems he was moved to being the assistant secretary & the new president Yunxia Li. And by the way he still owns 375,000,000 restricted shares! Now the new assistant secretary was replaced by JUNKANG SHAO as per OTC markets! So ya it seems he's gone but still owns a considerable amount of restricted shares! $DRGV
From 3rd Quarterly report page 4 of 11:
President: Yunxia Li 29,600,000,000 + 2,289,000,000 restricted
Secretary: Chongyi Yang 1,875,000,000 restricted
Assistant Secretary : Haining Zhang 375,000,000 restricted.
