I'm not able to get to the details at this time. But I remember that in a 14C, CONrad issued himself 101 Series F in Jan. (After the Annual filings) The conversion on those F's, totaled around 9.4B shares. That's why, in the same document, he raised the AS's to 20B. I think all of that is more or less correct???
