Always best to ask the company directly your questions. Either email them or ask them on the zoom call. I know that qualifications vary for NYSE exchange admission depending on price level, etc. - but above my paygrade.

INTK is not planning to uplist to the NYSE. They are uplisting to an exchange a notch above pink sheet.

Those requirements don’t apply.
