It may be considered a private company now, since it’s no longer tradable, but we still own shares of this company, and if it’s bought out we will receive cash in exchange for the shares we own.
Example: If you own 1 million shares, and another company buys out WCVC’s outstanding shares for .005 a share you will receive $5,000
Your shares will be removed from your account, and be replaced with the cash value of those shares.
