.....AGREED.......I think the sheer size of the TOYS involved with this mess...........ella ann holding's PURSE...........................the amount of the NOLs/tax credits.........and then these RECOVERIES...................................GARGANTUAN....................PROTECTS US FROM BEING SWINDLED BY THE FASCISTS..................imo..........

......the FDIC knows the legal leverage WE - WE have..........and settled the bank's suit on day 7.................................with muzzles.........................and these RECOVERIES.......................never has a bank.......EVER, imo.........gotten back the dollars OUR - OUR bank has......................we are flirting with $300mm...........WTF..................

.......hope-fully the delays and the FDIC playing hardball on LIBOR will pay off.......there've been criminal verdicts and the 16 banks have admitted guilt......just a matter of time........................GREAT FOR US if the FDIC fights for $1.5-billion (8.6% is ours and no legal contingencies)...............................

...............................................don't like the taxability factor on the non-IRA......could reach as high as 38%.......at least 35% on non-IRA ordinary income......ouch!!!!.......that's over a millie for me on the non-IRA portion - - but a good problem...................................
