Nope. As opposed to GOFF that is doing great and will continue to do so, GVSI IS A DUMPSTER FIRE!

GOFF keeps climbing while GVSI is on a death spiral because it can't get its preferred shares resolved, can't get its Form 10 approved by the SEC so it can't get its stock registered with the SEC.

Why hasn't George Sharp petitioned the court or filed a motion to redesignate or cancel the problematic preferred shares?

There's a reason for Sharp's silence and no action on GVSI while ALL HIS OTHER TICKERS ARE GETTING UPDATED OFTEN.

It's been a whole year since GVSI has had any meaningful updates or filings in court or the SEC.

The company that was planning to merge in probably got tired of all the problems and delays and simply moved on.

Sharp hasn't filed current financials and said he would refile GVSI's Form 10 in December but never did.

Getting the problematic preferred shares resolved would be a court decision. Where is the court filing for this? There isn't any. Sharp seems like he's stringing some along to protect his two other shells from bad press.

Sharp also said he would refile GVSI's Form 10 in December but never did.

Now GVSI is "going to be big board listed" while it's in expert market with its price at .0079 - LOL!!!

I'm seeing a pattern where the GVSI hype can't be justified with verifiable links and facts. It's a sign of desperation. It's understandable since there have been no meaningful GVSI specific updates, filings or approvals in over a year - YES A WHOLE YEAR!

"Countless" Sharp tweets specifically addressing GVSI's problems keep being mentioned yet not one can be posted and when asked specifically about the long list of insurmountable GVSI problems all they can do is change the subject, deflect, disparage other stocks or blatantly push fraudulent hype - LOL!!!

Also now phantom "signatures" (with no proof or links) are being pushed that have already supposedly solved all of GVSI's problems - LOL!!!

Talk about purposely fraudulent hype.

If all this BS is true then why hasn't George Sharp petitioned the court like he said he would?
