Maybe i missed it in the docs .... where in the filing does it show the new company's name, or anything that it's a new company ...
it's the same Gold Entertainment not a new company. They did not disclose that the new company is keeping the old name. So if it's a new company are they filing for the old one way passed the time they claimed it sold ?
Whose financials are these if this ticker was truly sold ? If its sold its not Gold Entertainment.
