Washington Mutual Holding Inc. broke away from WMIH with the “Eclipse” merger. That’s how the Non-Debtor Subs where moved away from the trading stock. COOP doesn’t have these Subs.

Washington Mutual Holding Inc. is holding the WMI Non-Debtor Subs that have become active and are worth about $30 Billion and it owns the Pay Point for WMB and other sources of revenue and distributions.
