DEE is dissolved and escrow markers were removed worthless.Assets were merged into separate entities and those entities were merged into a new entity using DST structured transactions.The only hope i have is,if this new entity is merged with an outside company,the orginal shareholders get the units or cash distributed.Just my hope,no returns from LT.All these transactions were made based on restated and amended liquidating trust agreement which was not a public document.
The entity is now shell/SPAC with assets,worth how much?,no clue.
