COOP employees didn’t reactivate the WMI Non-Debtor Subs, WK and CS did!

Therefore, another entity did. I told you who in my last post.

AAOC place everything they could into a Liquidating Trust in Plan 6. No need for court approval because AAOC was the impaired class.

Plan 7 left Plan 6 LT in place but bound to Class 22. Class 22 set aside sufficient money to pay all creditors and other classes.
2X for Class 19 just for starters. Now about 2.5X.
