Thinking this is what is holding pps back right now; the larger traders are waiting for the 8k to see how many shares were used to settle with existing shares holders from The Lab. Once all this is known that’s when we will see a larger and faster pace of shares being bought to move up in pps and the larger speculators will move in buying shares.
