Pay for acquisitions from earnings, which they must not have, if they’re diluting. Successful companies don’t need to dilute. Broke companies dilute. Dilution hurts share price. So does lying to shareholders. NSAV has a bad reputation. That’s why volume is down. Nobody trusts the company. Too many rug pulls.

As for their 1.5 acquisitions per month, they’re all crap. That’s why share price is tanking. Acquisitions in unknown companies, that we hear very little from again. How’s RydeHails doing? Didn’t they go went bankrupt after taking our money?

I expect a PR this week, with some BS reason for the dilution. PRs and ERs will not make NSAV go up in price. BW won’t do it now. Neither will CEX actually working properly. People are waiting for James Tilton to be removed. Until that happens, I’m not buying anymore shares. Only an inexperienced investor would buy into a company actively diluting. Much better to buy in at $0.0001.

Don’t forget, they promised share buybacks in 2017, 2018, and 2019. I still have the PRs. It’s not uncommon for OTCs to promise buybacks, then dilute their stock into the ground. They also promised no more dilution, so we can’t trust them to not do a reverse split.
