I don’t think just in talks will be announced according to the last podcast. Because of past mistakes and therefore, low 1st quarter revenue, etc., Until they sign on the dotted line we won’t hear about it, which could be a good thing = less fluctuations in share price. The sp would go up and find new minimum levels as contract was actually signed.
