OH so you saying that the CEO Nicholas Campanella, has a real stake in the game to make sure the company succeeds.

If Nicholas Campanella were to foreclose upon the limited assets of the Company, we would likely have to file for bankruptcy.

Because if SNPW filed for bankruptcy. Nicholas Campanella, would end up with nothing.
