How do we know that 100 Ukrainian pilots haven't been training in earnest with Polish f16s?
Do we know where these Polish f16s are atm? Have they undergone munitions and aviation upgrades?
Will you or I be more surprised to see them over a Ukrainian city in the future? Every war commentator I've listened to talks about this war in tens of months. 2 years? I haven't a clue.
A pattern I do see emerging, and forgive me because I did these back-of-napkin calculations when this war first began, the drones and cruise missiles the West are sending are becoming longer range and with more powerful warheads. I believe the range of the longest ranging munition is about 250 miles. I recall that Moscow proper is only about 300 miles.
Will this be a proxy war is the better question, or is it one already?
