Azov nazi groups will never go against the russians in open area. Ukraine Azov hide in buildings with those who could not leave,and used for cover. Civilians hide in the basement or upper floors. That prevents the russians from shelling or missile strikes that would hurt the civilians. Read a bit on Eva Bartlett, do some real investigation. She actually goes to the places she reports on, doesn't stay in the hotel bar.
