Dr. Denner, CEO of Sarissa Capital, bought over 6% of Amarin shares(~26 million shares), months ago. He viewed the shares then as substantially undervalued. At the time, the Baker brothers and Lampert of BVF also had large numbers of shares.
Denner ran Icahn funds until 2013. He has a history of forging buy-outs and TOS of companies that Icahn and Sarissa have invested in—IMCL, ARIA, among them.
