As Hamish Hume pointed out in oral arguments, the conservatorship took all shareholder rights. SCOTUS:"certain constitutional rights" are probably limited to all the Judicial consolation words in lawsuit non-wins. Sweeney's "day in court" which we have already "enjoyed" wasn't a short "day" nor an enjoyable "day". C'ship sounds like a better option on the surface until we find that the conservator serves the DC collective exclusively. At least in R'ship shareholders have rights.

Like an 8yr old playing PONY League running to first base, the legal council and plaintiffs futilely follow through. It's all money for the government, for the DC Labor Collective and associates as well as support for the collective. Bureaucrat Lives Matter. No musical chair DC employees, appointees or elected officials will really go against the collective.
