Danno...I saw that earlier...I wonder what the debt is...looks like Heaton is the lendor...the only thing on Heaton I've found is his home address and real estate transaction in the Property Appraisers web site...Jim Plant doesn't own property in that county...

It appears they just did their UCC filing on the 5th of this month. Oversight?....:)
