George completely outfoxed a KNOWN criminal. In doing so he didn't waste a penny of investors dollars. In fact George saved us a whack of dough. If that isn't integrity, if that isn't holding investors interests when the chips are down I don't know what is. I have no idea how he reasoned what he did, Warwick might have had an epiphany and taken the 10,000,000 shares but he didn't and I think George knew why all along. Regardless, that showed one hell of a lot of backbone. For someone to criticize George for his actions in this regard only makes me HIGHLY suspicious of that person's sincerity indeed.
