This rumor has gone around periodically for a long time or let's say this hope or speculation. My opinion remains the same. Very highly unlikely there's a buyout ExxonMobil does not want to run a fuel cell company. It would take them far too long to complete the transaction and grow the business the way they would want it to grow. Exxon Mobil partners with a lot of people for experimentation testing research and development. If they were going to buy Fuel Cell Energy they would have done it already and a much lower price. The carbon capture has already been tested tweaked and improved and proven. There's no way they're getting this for under $30 a share. So if there is a buyout scenario, I would be more than happy to take $30 to share in a heartbeat. But one of the reason Jason few increased the outstanding shares was so there could not be a takeover. Let's not forget Jason few purchased shares at $18.
