Assumptions that you know which way things will transform can be dangerous. Renewables and "clean energy" is largely total BS ... hiding behind a good and laudable idea to attempt to keep things clean as possible ... no bigger boondoggle than the windmills (400 yards of concrete, 300 gallons of oil [each]; landowner and neighbors forced to look and listened to them paid off; each blade [made overseas] hauled by truck [diesel] one at a time); solar ugly and inefficient as well.
