Their abuse of the word "woke" could be seen as a sign of them taking an arrogant position of racial superiority. The word first used by blacks to warn other blacks, and their children, to be aware of dangers about them. The conservative use is a total misappropriation of the true meaning of the word. It's disgraceful really to take a word representing a caring for others and use it as a blanket condemnation of anything they don't agree with about Democrat positions. Don't like it? It's "woke."
Even issues only pushed by activists which are not Democrat policy, as defunding the police, is "woke."
Their abuse of the word is a slap in the face to every African American.
