d-w-ac fools have been saying since the announcements and shit, that musk owns twit company. He only owns 9.2. Why 9.2? To allow him to buy that much without triggering the PPill and a shot of board seat.

musk owns stock and I don't believe his percentage gives him majority voting rights. Although I didn't look and articles haven't mentioned the share structure in relation to major shareholder numbers.

Musk is not below play the stock manipulation game and has the resources to do it.
He also probably had to receive restricted issue legend as well as large holders can only sell a percentage per quarter, I know the restricted amount is for sure for company officers, of which musk isn't. So maybe some restrictions don't apply to musk.
And there's the standard penalty for walking away which may or may not apply to both parties, maybe just musk for tendering the offer. But not fully sure of that, but the penalty was published at 1 billion? Which is couch cushion change for both parties.
