Are you really trying to claim that someone can just willy-nilly request a ticker and stock name change for a company that they have no control over?

Nope dude, VeeMost was getting ready for a probably merger, RIGHT~?
They paid money for this shell, RIGHT~? Money Frank refunded them, RIGHT~?

Before Havenodick came into the picture VeeMost was getting all things concerning the merger set to go. Change of name and ticker symbol are some of those things.
Then Havenodick arrived as a surprise to many of the shareholders, one of which was me. Was VeeMost pursuing the name change and ticker change even though Havenodick started nonsense in December. One can only surmise at this point.
THE INJUNCTION is what canned the whole shebang with VeeMost. So I surmise VeeMost was indeed pursuing a name change and ticker change until that point. FYI, one does not "just willy-nilly request a ticker and stock name change". There is a process for this.
