Stickies may not be a good fit on this thread, not sure.
Even though mods are the only one who can post them, maybe the noise created by the trolls demanding equal stickie representation could be annoying and expansive?

But if mods aren't bothered by troll effects, Hawk has an point, being able to to sticky topical facts 3 up would be easier to refer trolls to.
