Maybe thats the way a foreign company can be affiliated to a US PUBCO if they are so insolvent , they have been making that statement for 7 years and guess what they are still here IMO
Company will disclose what and when they are able to based on existing agreements. Every company at this stage is risky. You either trust management or you don't. I tend to trust them. We shall see.
