Solar energy is actually the area I find most interesting.

Many years ago I was involved with a lab project developing a solar, chemical heat pump. After about 7 years developing the chemicals and after building a successful demo system, the Dept. of Energy cut off our funding.

Aah, so much for government work! LOL
