I agree with all of that and this is a known fact:
"Most OTC companies fail period"

"It behooves people to get shares now cheap and sell on the bump"
Assuming there will be a bump.
People have been waiting for the bump here for over a decade.

A monkey with a dartboard could do as well as that strategy. In fact, if he didn't restrict himself to OTC companies, especially shells, he'd do better.

It's fine, but it's not investing.
