The narrative rewritten again and again. So if a small group of investors owns almost 2 billion shares but they were purchased from naked short sellers, then they have no vote in anything because their shares don't even exist.
Or when convenient, those shares weren't really purchased from naked short sellers.
Or maybe they are magical shares which were purchased from real sellers when that theory is a fit, but purchased from naked short sellers when that story better serves the purpose. Naked short sellers with the power to morph into sellers of real shares on demand. Sounds ridiculous, but then again so does the dollars in a few weeks and the multi-billion dollar erhc buyout that is really a done deal but can't be disclosed because of a gag order. Is that a naked gag order or a real gag order? Only in the new erhe paradigm where share price doesn't matter and being stuck with worthless shares for over 5 years is actually some type of investment strategy.
Fortunately, the actual facts are visible and consistent, and everyone can see what they are. Without question, dollars in a few weeks and Total paying more than $3 billion is not now and never will be part of the factual information about erhc.
