They lost in Nevada last week, the Canadian litigation is just starting.

I know about the Niobium property not about SPZI; I do wonder if Volusia is big enough to backstop SPZI's Niobium in vestment.

Talked to Patrick just now, that's why I'm a bit more knowledgeable.
