I'm simply explaining why I chose not to short it.
I don't care how much money you made or didn't make, and I'm not out to prove my DD skills to the point of being able to open up a link on Yahoo Finance. It hasn't been delisted yet, and I'm saying here and now while it's on the NYSE that I wouldn't short it here and now. Period.

No, my link wasn't to audited numbers - it was to analyst estimates.
And I've seen stocks actually rally on delisting from NYSE to pinks. I wish I could remember the specific symbol, but I got burned years ago making this mistake shorting a NYSE delisted profitable stock while the pumpers on the Yahoo board were literally calling for a pinksheet listing rally (I thought they were joking), and the stock shot up.
