and his reply. am only using it sparingly. only to fund expenses period.so the thought he is going to use it completely has no merit. only serves the purpose to push rhetoric that their is something going on . this serves to only undermine pps value and investor confidence just like saying over and over toxic finances when they are defined. at 50% of planned pps for the 20 days proceeding the defined date which is next month

To address the elephant in the room. No there are no debt conversions. Yes there is an active RegA. We’ve never attempted to hide this. It’s been there since last year.

Companies require funding to operate until they are profitable.

The company has Web3 programmers, 3D digital artists, developers, a famed artist that created Trill League as well as is funding an NFT project, Apparel Capsule collections and now is building a METAVERSE. The company is doing this with funding from the Reg/A.
